So far my senior year has been going good, some classes have been a struggle, but it was not something that I could not overcome. This year has really taught me many things about myself as a student and also as a person in general. At this moment I am currently in the middle of my last semester of high school. I did not think it would go by this fast. It has honestly been the fastest four years of my life. I am glad that at this point in the semester that I am on pace on every single one of my classes. One thing that I enjoyed about doing my senior project is doing my job shadow. I ended up job shadowing the police officer that Lindsay high school has on campus. I really learned a lot about what it takes to become a police officer and what a person may have to do. As I am working on this journal I am also working on my senior exit interview power point presentation. I found working on the presentation a bit difficult, but Ms. Robles has been helping me in red zone. She has also been helping me with my financial aid and my testing dates and interviews for the college of sequoias in Visalia. The senior exit interview has given me the chance to look back throughout the years in high school and see where I am now and who I am surrounded by. It has been difficult to get help from teachers, it feels like some of them just want to help the same people all the time and do not move on and help the other people that they have in their class room. My goal for this year, the last couple months that I have left is to have fun and a great tie with my friends since it is our last months that we would likely be all together all at once. So I would like to make the best of the very few time there is left in our last year and last semester. My goal for the future is to graduate and see what I could do in college next year, I am sure it will be a great time as well like it was in high school maybe it might be even a bit better than it was here at Lindsay High School.
